Book a sessionQuestions
Can Josh help me after an injury or surgery?
Yes, once your doctor or physical therapist says you're ready for exercise. Josh isn't a medical provider and doesn't diagnose or treat injuries. He builds a training plan around the guidance you've been given and helps you rebuild strength and confidence step by step.
I have a health condition. Can I still train?
Many people can, and staying active is part of a healthy life for most people. Talk with your doctor first, then tell Josh what they said. He'll plan around it and keep every session at a safe, comfortable level.
Is strength training safe at my age?
For most people, yes, and it gets more valuable with age because it helps keep your muscles, bones and balance strong. Josh starts with simple, controlled moves and adds challenge slowly.
How is recovery training different from regular training?
It moves at a gentler pace, with more focus on control, mobility and rebuilding, and less on intensity. As you get stronger, it naturally turns into regular strength training.
